Proposals for organized sessions are welcome. About 10 papers should be submitted for an organized session. ISAAC 2016 will encourage open discussions on technology alternatives that focus on the management and operation of current and future convergence technology. Overseas and domestic authors are invited papers related to the theme: “Advanced and Applied Convergence". The theme will be further subdivided into below 6 focal areas. The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for international educators, scholars, researchers, industry professionals, policy-makers and graduate students with opportunity to explore and discuss issues in the topics on Information Technology.
