In ICUCT, we discuss the broad concepts and ambiguous theories in the ubiquitous world such as sensor networks, RFID, human aid applications, multimedia systems, and security as well as wireless and mobile communications. Wireless and mobile communications have become the most important key role of the ubiquitous communication world in the modern industry and society.<br /><br /> We aim at keeping the papers of the conference in high quality and cutting edge. The papers to be published in the proceedings were very selectively accepted with an acceptance rate of below 27%. The call for papers attracted a total of 61 submissions. For most of submitted papers, at least three and often four individual review reports were collected. A total of 16 full papers were finally accepted. We will keep the highly selective acceptance policy in the future and plan to apply to the official IEEE ComSoc sponsorship for ICUCT 2008.<br /><br /> IWUCT 2007 is hosted by the committee of International Workshop on Ubiquitous City(Convergence) Technology (IWUCT). In IWUCT 2007, we will discuss the broad concepts and ambiguous theories in this ubiquitous world.
